酒店的環境不錯，前面有黑沙灘，有2個泳池，自助早餐品種比較多，房間價格比較實惠，交通不太便利，進出必須打車，房間設施需要翻新，衞生間設施老化比較嚴重，淋浴感覺是電熱水器，放半缸水就是冷水了，剛開始水溫特別高，服務人員態度不錯！

此次從澳大利亞送女兒上學回國選擇在峇里島轉機，因為路程方便可以中轉休息，順便在峇里島玩幾天，所以選擇訂了轉天去天空之門比較順路的酒店，總體來説酒店消費不高，工作人員也很熱情，尤其點名錶揚PARBA，耐心帶我拍照，不辭辛勞，非常感謝

Достойный отель 5* при стоимости Superior до 40$ за DBL BB. Чисто, хорошо кормят, номера не убиты. Из минусов - в море не зайти из-за волн, в бассейн заносят на ногах песок и вода из-за этого не очень чистая. Сам отель вдали от всего.

Booked for 2 nights but checked out early stayed one night only. Bored location for kids. Reception slow during check in need to wait 15-20minutes even the counter reception empty. Facilities for kids only pool. Far from grocery, cafe close early no activities the cafe near the pool. The food also bad, ordered Tomyam but too salty the taste no like tomyam really frustrated since the price quite expensive. Ordered pizza too thin with less topping on the top kids eaten only half of the pizza the really bad. really sorry to say, it is pain when say the truth.

What an amazing stay. Came for anniversary, sureprised for the anniv set up swan towel and the tasty anniv cake. It was amazing. Check in was quick and the staff are vary helpfull, you only need to sit on the nice sofa and enjoy the loby while being registered. Only need aminute the reception direcly informed that the room is ready and the bellman assist us to the room. The bellman is very helpfull, explaining all the facility completely. We got upgraded to suite ocean view which was amazing. The room is spacious with beautiful interior design. The pool at the balcony is just obviously sweet. The hotel landscape also very nice, we really love it. Will be back for sure. Thank's for the good man, thank you Wyndham.

Kaget aja dengan hotel ini masa hotel berbintang kayak gini mati listrik lama sekali,di tanya staf katanya dari PLN,trusa katanya genset rusak..gimana ini hotel hotel mewah kok begini....

酒店的位置很偏，但是是一片很特別的黑沙灘，浪很大，沒什麼人，非常的幽靜。想去看黑沙灘是個不錯的選擇。酒店的服務人員態度是非常好的，但是英語溝通確實比較吃力。酒店是一個蠻現代化的五星級酒店，但是設備的維護確實有待提高。住的兩天電話都是壞的，報修了也沒什麼效果。半夜的時候浴室架子還突然掉落，有點嚇人。晚上的時候，海浪聲真的很大。總體而言，是一個不錯的體驗，特別是考慮到他的價格，還是一個不錯的選擇。

Awalnya ragu karena lihat review orang yang katanya tidak memuaskan. Ternyata dibuat terkagum-kagum banget sama semuanya. Awalnya stay sehari tapi lanjut lagi jadi 2 hari. Itupun rasanya masih kurang :( minimal lah 3-4 hari baru pas. Nanti bakal balik lagi ke sini buat liburan. Masih belum bisa move on sama suasananya yang bener bener nyaman, bersih, fasilitas lengkap, lokasi sangat strategis mudah dicari dan yang paling best dekat dengan pantai. Super banget, staf sangat ramah dalam melayani tamu. Dipertahankan ya semuanya 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
